Junior Treasury Analyst

The Role

 

As a result of our robust growth, we are seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This position will report directly to the Treasury Risk Manager.

   

As Junior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with all aspects of implementing and administration of the In-House Bank Project across all regions
  • Assisting with the management of the Kyriba bank relationship function by obtaining and uploading the regular bank statements and assist with the analysis of the function's output
  • Assisting with regular Kyriba maintenance and reporting requirements, e.g., exception reporting for daily bank files
  • Supporting the administration of Supply Chain Finance program in Kyriba and other systems
  • Assisting in onboarding suppliers to the Supply Chain Finance program
  • Assisting in the analysis and reporting requirements related to balances, movements, and utilization of the Supply Chain Finance program
  • Supporting Global Treasury administrative functions as required, including regular Treasury Management System (Kyriba) updates, bank account opening process and authorized bank signer updates etc. 

A successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Commerce, Arts or a related field
  • Experience and keen interest in utilizing technology platforms
  • High attention to detail and the ability to analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of performance
  • Previous experience in supporting team members is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic computer operational functions and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn on the job and to participate in continuing education as required by the organization
  • Willingness and ability to travel both regionally and globally (possesses formal documentation, passport etc.)
