The Role

As our organization implements a new ERP solution, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team of professionals in Saint John, New Brunswick.  Reporting to the ERP Program Director, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow your experience managing software implementations, hone your leadership skills, provide exceptional customer service and manage everyday growth. 


You will be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfaction.  You possess the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and thrive in a fast-moving dynamic environment.  Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail are also key. Experience with Microsoft D365 and a PMP designation would be considered assets and project management experience of 3 – 5 years is required.   


  • Development of a fully integrated project plan
  • Manage the execution of project deliverables from a cost, schedule and scope perspective applying standard PM framework
  • Manage project quality to achieve the stated project objectives
  • Development of post project support and sustainability plan
  • Manage and escalation of issues and risks
  • Plan and coordinate resources to the project plan
  • Project reporting and status updates
  • Chair weekly project status meetings
  • Prepare and present to Steering Committee if required
  • Update the project plan, under the direction of the Program Director
  • Contribute to project and status reporting
  • Administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes/notes, preparing content for project communications
  • Review project expenses to ensure compliance to standards
  • Manage and update project site with a goal to set up a collaborative environment


Successful candidates should expect to have a minimum of 3 years experience working in project management.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal
  • Proven communication skills with internal team members, external stakeholders, and vendors/partners
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is considered an asset
  • PMP/PM certification considered an asset
