The Role

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join the Sales Operations team. As a Global Inventory Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s inventory for assigned warehouse locations. You will be researching and resolving discrepancies related to physical inventory. The Global Inventory Coordinator will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures while dealing with physical inventory, receiving, shipping, and billing.


Responsibilities include

  • Perform daily in-depth reviews and related root cause analysis associated with warehouse inventory quantity variances to maintain the integrity of the warehouse inventory on hand quantity. 
  • Coordinate shipping / receiving activities to ensure invoicing can be performed within 24 hours after shipping.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth flow through operations to optimize performance. 
  • Research delivery discrepancies, complete analysis for customer returned product and process system transactions associated with customer credits. 
  • Work with the warehouses to perform daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts and analyze product transactional history to determine appropriate resolution including but not limited to system / on hand quantity adjustments. 

Job Requirements

  • Detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly. 
  • Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Applicant must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic
